"THE CRAZIEST SITUATION EVERRR!!...AT WORK!"

Okay, you may not believe me but IT'S TRUE!

I once had a job at the Collection Clothing store in Ford City Mall. It was my first day in training, even though there wasn't to much to learn. I had a Co-worker I forgot her name carelessly of me, but she was a girl with wide hips and a stomach with a nice but cocky attitude. I saw in her eyes she was kind of a loner and it looked to me as if she needed somebody. Anywho, there was my boss, Vegas, was his name. Vegas was caramel complexion, dressed nice, low fade, but illy mannered with women in the personal world but not the business world. Vegas hired me off the strength of my looks and of course I CAPTURED him with my personality, but it didn't matter I needed the job!
After I got settled in, the co-worker and I worked our way around the store as she described every section and sales tactic to me. Vegas pretended to work around himself while constantly peeking at us. LOL. I sensed that she loved the attention but me myself was getting irritated. I mean be for-real THATS OUR BOSS!

After helping a rush of several groups of young men Vegas gave us permission to take a break. I chose to keep working while they left the store. The girl came back first and went into the back where all the stock was and I kept maneuvering through the store as the boss had directed. Shortly after, Vegas walks in and tells me to go get something from the back. As I walk back there the girl attempts to come out of the washroom with only her bra and panties on but is startled and stop by me! LOL...She shamefully apologizes and ask me through the door to pass her a bottled pop on the desk. All I could think of was why is she naked, why is she naked????

So I passed her the soda and walked back to the front.

Vegas was helping a customer and told me to finish what he had started with them , he said he had to go check up on something. Vegas went to the back and I finished assisting the customers. I had lost track of time because of so many customers coming in one behind the other ones leaving out, it didn't dawn on me that Vegas was still in the back with the girl. Oh and mind you the back was as big as a closet and the only room you could go into was the bathroom! So after I was left with no customers I took it upon myself to go back and see what they were doing. I peaked into the stock room and no-one was there...I thought to myself the only place they could be was in the bathroom together!

Finally, about 20 minutes had passed by along with about two customers and Vegas finally comes out with no hat, fixing his pants, and tying his shoes back up! Now before he went back there he was perfectly dressed no adjustments were needed. We all know I'm not the type to sit and watch something so vile just happen so I instantly and straightforwardly ask what were they back there doing? Vegas gave me a conning grin and said 'NOTHING, DON'T WORRY ABOUt IT, SHE ABOUT 2 B FIRED , I ONLY WANT U"...LOL,LOL,LOL,LOL was all I could do. He was sooooooo disgusted and Iwanted to just slap him and her doing that to herself! It was 5 minutes before it was my time to leave and I politely told Vegas I quit and LEFT!

How to live a Peaceful and Humble life!

When I say peaceful and humble"I"mean:happy, calm, stressfree, and extraordinary!

There can be many confusing, hurtful, and sophisticated obstacles to fulfill to live this type of life, trust me I KNOW!

1. Establish a relationship with Jesus Christ! (MANDATORY)

2. To fulfill # 1 you must let go of all the negative things and people around you!

3. To fulfill #2 you must know who and what BENEFITS you positively and negatively.

4.Take time to notice what makes you different from others and find a way to pursue it!

5. Help others where and when you see it's needed! NO MATTER WHO IT IS!

6.FORGIVE everybody no matter who or what they've done to you. ALWAYS!

7. When you see something is about to upset you get away from it or just laugh like MUAH!

8.PRAY PRAY PRAY, THANK GOD EVERY TIME YOU GET A CHANCE, AND PRAISE HIM!

9.Find the confidence in yourself to know NOBODY else matters outside of your FAMILY!...HOWEVER you still treat everyone equally and fair as you'd want to be treated.

10. Always TELL THE TRUTH!

Now living this life isn't easy but It's the RIGHT way to go!

"Goals and changes I'd like to make for second semester."

*TO GET AHEAD YOU HAVE TO STAY AHEAD!*

The last time I made a post like this I did not keep my promise!

So I'll safely say I hope to bring my grades up drastically! The semester all together was a total waste of time for me. I put forth enough effort to at least make it to the next quarter, even though I have to take one night school class, I still did exceptionally well. Hopefully this quarter I can make it through with no problems.

I intend on coming to school everyday on time prepared first off! Secondly, I intend on doing any and all extra credit assignments. I intend on getting all homework done correctly and completely! I always pay attention in class so hopefully that does not become a problem. I will continue to complete all classswork and participating in class! I intend to help others who don't correctly comprehend an assignment. I intend to improve my own personal comprehension skills so I could get a better understanding of what it is that I myself am doing. I intend on spending more nights reading at home and constantly expanding my vocabulary.

The most important expectation of mine for this quarter is to be on the honor roll by the end of my Senior YEAR!

WHAT DO YOU THINK MAKES A HAPPY FAMILY?

WHAT MAKES A HAPPY FAMILY IF YOU ASK ME IS THROUGH THICK AND THEN EVERYBODY STILL COMES TOGETHER AS ONE!

MY FAMILY IS THE PRIME EXAMPLE OF A VERY DYSFUNCTIONAL FAMILY AND I'M NOT ASHAMED TO ADMIT IT AT ALL! BUT, ONE THING I KNOW IS WHEN WE HAVE A MAJOR CRISIS WE KNOW THAT IT IS TIME TO STICK TOGETHER!!!.......

FAMILIES DO NOT ALWAYS HAVE TO RESEMBLE THE BRADY BUNCH IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED PERFECT AND HAPPY....THEY JUST NEED LOVE AND PEACE, WHICH IS NOT SOMETHING MY FAMILY CARRIES AT ALL!!LOL.....

WHEN WE TALK ABOUT FAMILY WE COULD BE TALKING ABOUT WHO YOU LIVE IN THE HOUSEHOLD WITH OR JUST YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY PERIOD. BUT NEITHER HAVE IT ALL TOGETHER IN MY WORLD!...

HOWEVER, THE PEOPLE WHO I GREW UP WITH IN MY HOUSEHOLD KNOW WE HAVE EACH OTHERS BACK AT ALL TIMES! AND WE LOVE EACH OTHER TO DEATH NO MATTER WHO,WHAT,WHEN,WHERE,OR WHY...WE'RE ALL EACH OTHERS BETTER HALFS!!

A HAPPY FAMILY CAN CONSIST OF FOLLOWED TRADITIONS, FAMILY OUTINGS,GOING OUT ON THE TOWN ON A REGULAR BASIS, CELEBRATED BIRTHDAYS, JUST CALM ENJOYABLE COLLLABORATED MOMENTS THROUGHOUT THE FAMILIES JOURNEY PERIOD!

IN ORDER TO HAVE A HAPPY FAMILY AND KEEP IT, EVERYBODY HAS TO PARTICIPATE! NO-ONE SHOULD TRY AND OUT DO THE NEXT, THINK THEIR BETTER THAN THE NEXT, EXCLUDE EACH OTHER, BE SELFISH, NOR BE GREEDY! EVERYBODY SHOULD GIVE MASSIVELY AND TAKE WHAT IS GIVEN WITH A KIND HEART, NO MATTER HOW MUCH OR WHAT IT IS.

BASICALLY JUST LOVE ONE ANOTHER FOR EACH OTHER AND BE GRATEFUL YOU HAVE A REAL FAMILY BECAUSE MOST PEOPLE DO NOT AND WOULD LONG FOR IT!!....

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT MYSELF IS HOW MOTIVATED I AM AS A YOUNG WOMAN. I'V SEEN AND DONE SO MANY THINGS THAT YOU'D NEVER KNOW JUST BY LOOKING AT ME! AND YET STILL I STAND!!......

PEOPLE THINK THEY KNOW ME INSIDE OUT BUT TRUTH BE TOLD THEY DON'T!.......IT'S FUNNY ONCE YOU KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!.......

IM SO SILLY NO MATTER WHAT'S GOING ON AND I LOVE THAT ABOUT MYSELF!......CRYING IS NOT SOMETHING I DO REGULARLY EVEN THOUGH I HAVE SO MUCH TO LET OUT, I'D RATHER BE A MAN AND SUCK IT UP!....LOL......I LOVE THE FACT THAT I KEEP MYSELF SO CLEAN, SEXY, POSITIVE, AND JOYFUL.....

I LOVE THAT IT'S OBVIOUS I'M NOT MADE TO BE AVERAGE AND I SOOOOO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT KNOWN FACT, I LOVE HOW SMART I AM WHEN IT COMES TO THESE BOOKS!.....AND THESE STREETS....IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER!

THE MOST THING I LOVE ABOUT MYSELF IS HOW STRONG I AM....NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS TO ME I STAY UP!(WITH THE HELP OF GOD!) NO MATTER WHAT PEOPLE DO AND SAY TO ME I'M ALWAYS WILLING TO WELCOME THEM BACK IN WITH OPEN ARMS AND A GRACIOUS HEART....

IF YOU WERE PRINCIPAL AT THIS SCHOOL WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

IF I WERE PRINCIPAL AT HIRSCH I WOULD PERSONALLY REPAINT THE SCHOOL ALL YELLOW! INSIDE AND OUT! THE COLOR IS SO BRIGHT AND VIBRANT IT WOULD LIGHT YOUR DAY UP EVERY TIME YOU CAME TOWARD IT!

SECONDLY, I'D CHANGE THE UNIFORM POLICY BACK TO NO UNIFORM AND WEAR WHATEVER YOU'D LIKE TO WEAR. IT'S YOUR CHOICE AS LONG AS YOU COME TO SCHOOL EVERYDAY AND DO WHATEVER IT IS THAT YOUR SUPPOSED TO DO!

THIRD, I'D CLEAN HOUSE ON ALL LUNCHROOM WORKERS AND GET REAL LIFE CHEFS INTO MY KITCHEN, INCLUDING MY GRANDMA EVEN THOUGH SHE IS NOT A REAL LIFE CHEF, SHE COULD BE!LOL....

FOURTH, I'D FIRE ALL COUNSELORS AND GET WOMEN IN THE OFFICES WHO WANT TO HELP THESE STUDENTS AND DO WHAT THEIR SUPPOSED TO DO AND NOT EXPECT THE CHILDREN TO ALREADY KNOW WHEN IT'S THEIR JOB TO SHOW THEM!

FIFTH, I'D GO THROUGHT THE SCHOOL AND SEE WHAT TEACHERS NEED TO BE HERE AND WHAT TEACHERS DO NOT! I KNOW FORA FACT I'D KEEP MS.TICHACEK AND MR. FIRKE, BUT EVERYBODY ELSE WOULD HAVE TO UNDERGO A TEACHER EVALUATION TEST IN ORDER TO KEEP THEIR JOBS!

SIXTH, I'D MAKE SURE ALL THINGS DONE IN MY SCHOOL ARE PAID FOR BY THE BOARD AND ONLY THE BOARD! ALL FIELD TRIPS, FEES, ETC.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST I'D MAKE SURE EVERY CHILD HAS A PERMANENT WAY FROM SCHOOL AND TO SCHOOL! ON TIME!OH! I'D ALSO MAKE SURE ALL JUNIORS AND SENIORS HAVE OFF CAMPUS LUNCH!

THE ONE THING I LOVE ABOUT CHICAGO.....

THE ONE THING I LOVE DEARLY ABOUT MY FELLOW CITY IS DOWNTOWN AT NIGHT!

I love seeing my city lite up at night, it's one of the most gorgeous sites of all. Sometimes when theres a special occasion like a sports season, some buildings represent the colors of which ever Chicago team and sport that's playing, by forming the lights into the symbols of words representing the teams to the fullest! Having all types of slogans or just motivational phrases going on.

On holidays like Christmas, Downtown looks beautiful! It has Christmas trees, lights,decorations, and all types of fake santas with his reindeers. It just makes me anticipate on seeing it again the next year!

On New Year's Eve everything is just so bright and lovely. At twelve the Confetti falls like snow and the people just look so happy, I love it!

When I'm just driving down lake shore expressway at night, I take pictures sometimes when I'm in the passenger seat just for remembrance of MY CITY!.
